What products do you offer and in which variants?
We currently offer personalized T-shirts in white and black, as well as white mugs with red accents. These come with the designs "I ❤️" or "I ❤️ MY." All products are individually produced for you. More items are already in the planning stages.
What sizes and dimensions are available?
Our T-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. The mugs have a capacity of approximately 325 ml.
How long does delivery take?
All products are produced on request and shipped directly to you. Delivery times within Germany and the EU are approximately 3-5 business days, and internationally, depending on the destination country, approximately 3-12 business days. You can find more detailed information about delivery times for your country at checkout.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely and conveniently with PayPal, credit card or Klarna.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all products are personalized for you, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Please check all details carefully before purchasing.
What do I do in case of production or transport damage?
Should your product be defective or arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at support@iloveapparel.de. Please include a brief description of the problem and clear photos of the damage. We will review your request and forward it to our production and shipping partner, Gelato, and assist you in resolving the issue. A replacement or refund will only be issued after the case has been reviewed and is subject to the respective policies of our production and shipping partner.
